It would be rude to visit Krakow without taking in some of the cultural delights. And in Wieliczka is a salt mine that can be described as one of the most outstanding attractions in Krakow… in Poland… maybe in even Europe.
The mine is full of chambers and routes over three levels, but you’ll have to put on your walking shoes to get there as the levels are over 100 meters below ground level and require the muster of 400 or so steps or so. Please note this tour does require a lot of walking.
