Can I get a refund if I don’t participate in a scheduled activity?
Sorry, but if you are too late for a scheduled activity, miss it altogether or choose not to participate at the last moment then this is your responsibility and no refund will be given.
What happens if ONE person cancels from a group visit?
We understand that these things happen and we do our best to ensure that individual cancellations do not impact on the rest of a group. The most important factor is when the cancelation is made. We will always try to find the best solution.
Can I cancel after full balance been paid?
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the event date. For cancellation 7-14 days before the date we will keep the deposit. For cancellation made 7 days or less before arrival, it would at this time be too late to make any refunds.
