Travelling by Plane
The easiest way to get to Katowice is to fly directly to Katowice International Airport. The airport – the fourth largest in terms of traffic, is located 30km from the city centre in Pyrzowice.
Travelling by Rail
The main station in Katowice underwent major cosmetic surgery and reopened at the end of 2013 with a completely revamped look. There are connections from almost all European cities with Intercity being a company that provides such a connection
Travelling by Bus
It is also possible to travel to Katowice by coach or bus from most European cities. A popular coach company providing such a service is Eurolines.
