Summary – “With so many unique flavours, the sushi workshop is an interesting alternative group activity”
Contrary to popular belief, sushi isn’t just about rolled up rice and raw fish. Like everything the Japanese do, there are levels of philosophy to it. The preparation alone is an art in itself, and one can train for years to reach that level of sushi master.
The presentation includes a short lecture on the history of sushi and the sushi kitchen, the cultural and geographical significance of sushi. There will be an overview and guidance in the preparation of the materials, sushi classifications and sushi evolution. Then under the guidance of our experienced sushi instructors, you will learn how to construct these flavoursome wonders yourself.
