Summary – “Let the many flavours of Sushi seduce you”
For the Japanese, Sushi has many levels of philosophy to it. It’s not just rolled up rice and raw fish. Just the preparation alone is an art in itself, and to become a Sushi master takes years for study and training
The Sushi making workshop has a short lecture on the history and cultural of sushi before venturing on to the practical preparation of the raw materials. Under the guidance of our Sushi master, you will learn how to construct these flavoursome diamonds yourself.
