The wine tasting activity is ideal if you need to entertain a large group and want an activity that is both engaging, light and fun. Hosted in Poznan center, the expert Sommelier will gently guide you and introduce the world of wine and the four main wine families – sparkling wine – cava, white wine, red wine and dessert wine.

• Methods of vinification and the wine production process
• Wine labels and how to interpret them
