Travelling by Plane
The main airport in Trojmiasto is Lech Walesa Airport (Gdansk Airport) which is located on the border of Gdansk approximately 10km from the city centre. The airport handles a large network of both domestic and international connections.
Travelling by Rail
The Intercity rail service stops at each city’s main or “Głowny” stations. The connection to Trojmiasto is easily accessible by train from most European cities, if not direct then via Poznan when coming from the east or Warsaw from other directions.
Travelling by Coach
There are many coach and bus companies offering services to Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia from other European countries. The most popular companies are Eurolines and Orbis Transport – INTER Bus.
Travelling by Ferry
There are two main Ferry companies operating on the Baltic Sea connecting the Trójmiasto with Scandinavia. The first is a Polferries route between Gdansk and Nynäshamn, which is 20km from Stockholm. The second is a Stena Line connection between Gdynia and Karlskrona, a shopping port in southern Sweden.
