Sushi, like everything the Japanese do, has various levels of philosophy to it. And Contrary to popular belief, sushi isn’t just about rolled up rice and raw fish. The preparation os Sushi alone is an art in itself. And it is said that one can train for years to reach the level of Sushi Master.
The Sushi Making Workshop includes a short introduction into the history of the food. Then the kitchen, cultural and geographical significance of sushi. Next you will dive into the preparation of the raw materials. From here the sushi classifications will give you an insight into the sushi evolution. Then under the guidance of our experienced chef, you will learn how to construct these flavoursome wonders yourself.
